This survey is intended to determine your use of VHF, UHF and Microwave frequencies by band and mode. This information is useful for the ARRL in its ongoing efforts to protect our bands and operating authorizations. Please indicate by band and modes. There can be multiple modes on any given band. (Example: SSB, CW, Digital, FM)
- Past = I did operate there but not currently.
- Currently = I do operate there.
- Future = I plan on beginning operation there within the next 18 months.
